Fairytales, Disco and the Modern World  Its Sleeping Beauty Re-rolled ...
Where the Royalty are rather odd and the Fairies not as nice as you'd imagine 

THE PRINCESS
A girl born to Royalty in the 1960's of Fairytale land, surrounded by Classical Music, Materialism and Expectation...
... And outside the castle, a Youth Culture bursting with disco music and dance.

The call of popular culture is strong, and calls to teenage Beauty. She tries a bid for freedom to escape her pressing destiny, that befitting of a princess ... yet perhaps her destiny is not as she imagines.

THE PRINCE
Stepping from being king of the 1970's Dancefloor into the year 2009, Our hero doesn't know what's hit him.

How will he cope with the modern world and will he ever find his true love again ?
   Come along and find out !
  ... A family Friendly Performance

On the 13th December, Performed our devised work based on the fairytale ‘Sleeping Beauty’. It was free for all performance was repeated on the same day. The Basment Bar of the City Screen does have wheelchair access.

We worked with an integrated cast of performers, artists, designers and technicians to devise this piece... And it was really Exciting !!!
